Graveside services for Robert "Bob" Frenell, 66, of Port Byron, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Hampton Cemetery.

Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline.

Mr. Frenell died Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at his home.

Bob was born Jan. 18, 1951, in Moline, the son of Leslie and Evelyn Downing Frenell. He married Teresa Lambert on Oct. 14, 1972, in Pleasant Valley.

He had worked at Ripple & Frenell, Silvis. He was a true sportsman and enjoyed hunting. He adored his grandchildren and never missed an opportunity to go to their sporting events.

Survivors include his wife, Teresa Frenell, Port Byron; daughters, Lesley (Scott) Stirrett, Port Byron, and Jennifer Peterson, Silvis; grandchildren, Gabe, Samuel and Jake Willems, Riley Stirrett, Christian and Sarah Peterson; siblings, Gerald (Peggy) Frenell, Milan, and Sherry (Gene) Ward, Moline.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ron Frenell.
