I remember this very handsome young man! I looked forward to seeing him everyday in school. My heart would skip a beat when I saw him. I have thought of him often through the years and it saddens me that he has passed on. He was a wonderful person. I remember his face, his smile, and his humor.
I met Mike when I was 12 years old and he was visiting his relatives close by for the summer, He lIved somewhere near Terra Haute, Indiana then He was my first serious kiss!! I saw him 2 summers in a row and then he moved to East Moline and we ended up in the same grade at UT (although he was actually a year older than me). We weren't really friends in high school but he was a nice guy and I remember I lived in Atlanta when I heard he died, circa 1994. RIP, MIKE
