Lynda got her Associates Degree, as a RN from Blackhawk College in 1972. She married the "Love of Her Life" June 2, 1973. After the babies started coming she surrendered her nursing career to become full-time Mother and Navy Dr. Wife. Nils describes her as, "A loving mother and wife, a proud patriot throughout her life and final battle with cancer. Lynda enjoyed keeping an encyclopedic memory bank of events and vital statistics of immediate and distant family, friends and numerous pets. Her tender heart for animals challenged her habit of meticulous housekeeping with a final rescued menagerie of 16 cats and 2 dogs. In addition, she enjoyed expanding her vocabulary with daily word study. This bolstered her enjoyment of word games with her family and allowed her to artfully describe her observations of political antics she followed closely on talk radio. There will be a Memorial Service at the Rader Funeral Home in Longview, TX on Sat., Sept. 24, 2016. Lynda's final resting place will be Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacola, FL. Personally, I will miss Lynda. She was such a bright light in this world. From her beautiful brown eyes and thick dark lashes, which when I saw her in June 2016, still were far more lush than mine will ever be. Her radiant smile and throaty laugh were unmatched. AND then there were those hands. Without them and their waving about and other antics and the little noise she made, "zzzzzzzT" she would not have been able to talk. She was a dear friend. She loved and trusted her Heavenly Father and is rejoicing with Him now cause GOD REALLY LOVES HIS KIDS!!!

I'd like to send my condolences to the family of Lynda along with the Bible's promise of a resurrection for our dead loved ones.
Acts 24:15, John 5:28, 29.
Death indeed is an enemy, yet soon our Heavenly Father Jehovah God will remember our loved ones asleep in death and bring them back to life in an earthly paradise. All the heartache and pain experienced by mankind will be a thing of the past.
Rev 21:3, 4.
May this hope bring you the comfort that you need at this time!

Sincerely,

Kenneth Glenn
